Bakewell tart is an oldie but goldie. We love this version - a thin crispy pastry base with a ground almond egg custard spread over raspberry jam. Topped with flaked almonds and baked until golden brown. In our opinion an absolute winner every time.
Ingredients: White Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), sugar, butter (milk), almonds, egg, raspberry jam (raspberries, sugar, lemon juice).
