Here at The Shed this is hands down our family’s favourite cake. Our children circle like vultures at the end of the day to see if there are any unsold slices left over. Sadly for them it’s always a sellout so no such luck!
This cake has a moist, lightly spiced sponge with a sweet cream cheese frosting. Perfect to eat any time of the day!
